In the comments section below let me know how your are doing. I have lost 1 1/2 lbs. in the last week. I am shooting for 5 more lbs. #2 Try these fat burning finisher exercises. Jump Squats Box (Square Jumps) Flying Romans Here is my recommendation. Do this after your regular exercise session. Entry Level &#8211; Try 3 sets of 1 exercise. Shoot for 6 repetitions per set. Recover for 1 minute between sets. Intermediate &#8211; Try 2 sets of 2 exercises. Shoot for 10 repetitions per set. Recover for 1 minute between sets. Advanced &#8211; Try 3 sets of 2 exercises. Shoot for 15 repetitions per set. Rest 1 minute between sets. Try using these &#8220;Fat Burning&#8221; finisher exercises as a stand alone &#8220;Interval Cardio&#8221; workout in the morning. Do three sets of each exercise. Alternate the exercises. beginner &#8211; 6 reps intermediate &#8211; 10 reps advanced &#8211; 15 reps Remember, to eat protein and carbs together. A couple times per week when you do these &#8220;Fat Burning&#8221; finisher exercises in the morning do not eat any starchy carbs for the day. Starchy Carbs are &#8211; Brown and wild rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta. Stick with only veggies, green beans, salads, and or apples. Remember to use this <b>&#8230;</b></p>

Hi Team BPM! Here is a 600 rep body weight back workout. All you need is a pair of straps and a playground. This workout is great for beginners or for experienced exercisers who are looking to work towards single arm pull ups and rows. Using the straps in this workout helps to focus a little more on the arm that is gripping the bar. This is a perfect way to activate and focus on the proper muscles and move toward single arm pull ups. We are going to work on it and get there together. The full workout breakdown is at bpm.tv and includes how many reps, sets, and gives some of my tips on form. Like always, you can also do this workout in your own home, or you can take it to the gym or do it in a park like me. All you need is a bar to hang from. At home you can use 2 chairs, a closet rod, wooden dowel or broom. I lost track of how long this workout took me, but I believe it was around 30 minutes. Try to get this workout done is under 45 minutes if you are a beginner, or under 30 if you are experienced. Go for your own personal best.
